PROOVE is a dynamic, and quality driven pizza brand, with the goal of serving the best Neapolitan pizzas, with the best ingredients and with the best service.

We are looking for a **Pizzaiolo** to join our Back of House Team for our restaurant, in West Didsbury, Manchester. Our Head Chef will guide you through our training program allowing you to learn our menu, methods and provide in depth knowledge about how to produce our product to the highest of standards. This will include all aspects of our menu, including our Small Plates, Pizzas, Desserts and Breads.

40-45 Hours Per Week

- A Pizzaiolo looking to take the next steps in their career
- Experience of Neapolitan pizza is essential
- A willingness to learn and grow; team players that want to exceed all expectations in their job role

What we'll do for you:

- Provide you with a first class training programme to develop your skills

- Provide a clear path for progression to Head Chef level
- Provide the opportunity for you to develop Proove's menu through monthly specials

**Salary**: Up to £13.00 per hour
