RFA Contractors Ltd is a small growing business located near the New forest. Our company provides Contracting and Facilities Maintenance to an existing and expanding customer base.

We are seeking a new team member for our Building & Fabric Division. We are looking to appoint a Contracts Supervisor to work alongside our Contracts Manager and Facilities Co-ordinator. The role is a mix of site visits and office work. Going to sites you will be liaising with customers and other sub-contractors; understanding and surveying works - so this would include taking notes & pictures and engaging a relevant sub-contractor to quote and deliver the works. The type of work can range from minor repairs to small/medium sized multi-trade projects.

**Duties & Require Experience Include**:

- Understanding customer requests, determining requirements for the job
- Taking accurate notes, measurements, and photographs
- Quoting for minor and project work
- Quoting for work being delivered by a sub-contractor
- Supervising work Liaise with both existing customers and new customers
- Ensure delivery of time scales are achieved and changes communicated
- Adaptive thinking, solution finding
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ensuring high levels of customer service
- Invoicing works on completion
