Hiraeth is a new restaurant & pub open in the beautiful village of Llysworney just outside of Cowbridge.

We are on the search for enthusiastic, talented individuals who take a keen interest in hospitality and serving our guests the very best produce possible.

Due to being a new opening we are looking for lots of different positions. This includes full-time and part-time bar staff. Experience in a similar style restaurant or bar would be a real plus. We will be delivering regular training but someone who can hit the ground running would be a preference.
