As a Project Manager, you will have at least 5 years' experience in managing complex projects ideally for mobile communications solutions or similar technical landscape.

**Your Role**

Sepura needs an experienced Project Manager that can:

- Be accountable for delivering high visibility technology solutions to time and budget.
- Demonstrate strong organisational and leadership skills
- Show willingness and capability to think laterally and pragmatically to find solutions to problems and remove roadblocks.
- Have confidence to lead others while understanding when to escalate and ask for wider stakeholder input.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skill (written and verbal) within all levels of a business
- Ensure approaches/techniques are used for building high performing teams, maintaining good team morale and a high level of operating efficiency
- Demonstrates leadership by promoting trust, interaction, & shared commitment within teams
- Incorporate quality into the project delivery
**Your Day to Day**

Our customer base includes many different industries and markets around the world. Our complete TETRA and LTE solutions have been developed specifically for users in multiple sectors to face their critical communications challenges.

There is no such thing as a typical day here at Sepura. You will be supported by your manager and team, as well as collaborating with other departments across the business. Project management activities that you will be responsible for include:

- Planning, Management and leadership of multiple complex projects
- Manage regular project meetings, ensuring accountability of team members and individuals in the wider business
- Ensure approaches/techniques are used for building high performing teams, maintaining good team morale and a high level of operating efficiency
- Ensure personal and team adherence to defined project management processes
- Capture and manage project risks and opportunities with appropriate planning of mitigations
- Communicate with stakeholders, ensuring an appropriate escalation of risks and issues
- Negotiate the availability of project resources with Resource Managers and other Project Managers, ensuring smoothed and optimised resource utilisation
- Work in partnership with Senior Technical Leads / Architects and Product Managers to deliver industry leading solutions into volume production
This job may involve occasional travelling so the successful applicant will have a full, clean driving licence and their own car. Travel expenses will be paid.

**What You Need to Succeed**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering disciple, or equivalent experience
- Training in project management to a project manager level, with accredited certification through IPMA, APM, Prince 2 or IPM or equivalent
**Experience and Skills**
- 5+ years' experience leading development project teams in a multi-discipline environment on complex product development projects, using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience using Statement of Work and Procurement Specifications while engaging with external design and manufacturing solution providers to meet technical and commercial requirements.
- Wider understanding of product development principles (Electronics, Mechanical, Manufacturing & Test) and methodologies to facilitate best practice for product design and development.
- Documentation of project management processes and an ability to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of existing processes.
**Nice to have**:

- Experience delivering complex manufacturing test solutions
- Experience with wireless audio and other accessories
- Experience with externally sub-contracted packages of work
- Knowledge of LTE, BT, Wi-Fi and TETRA technologies
