**Job Title**:PHP Developer
**Location**:Birmingham - Hybrid working
**Salary**:£35,000 - £ 45,000**
Our client is an innovative company at the cutting edge of their sector. You will be working with the latest technologies to provide customers with integration, control, and automation. You will be working within a team of experienced, friendly, and professionaldevelopers working on their latest products.

You will spend part of the working week in the Birmingham office, and for the rest of the week you will be working from home.

**The Role**

There is an exciting opportunity to work with Event Driven Systems as they are re-working their systems to work within Event Driven Programming, this is a very interesting project you will be working on and a great way to progress your career in this.

In the job you will be tasked with the following:

- Help deliver projects by writing new features
- Update existing code and improve quality
- Integrate third-party services
- Keep up-to-date technical documentation and keep it to a high standard
- Reviewing code for accuracy and functionality

**Sills & Experience**:

- Knowledge of the LEMP stack
- Knowledge of OO PHP and MVC
- Experience with Laravel framework (or similar)
- Proficient on HTML5, CSS3, jQuery
- Knowledge of relational databases
- Experience developing RESTful web services
- Experience working with APIs (utilising and creating your own)
