General Builder

General Builder/multi skilled/multi trade

Due to our growing workload, we are looking for a skilled general builder to join our team.

Main duties include general building work, structural alterations including steel installations, carpentry, and joining in with the team on any tasks, these include maintenance and small repairs to extensions, plaster boarding, stud walls and general use of tools. You need a good level of understanding in general construction, with high standards and quality, with good initiative.

Physical fitness is a must as well as an ability to work from a written specification to a specified timeline. You must be presentable to the clients and tidy whilst on site

Skills needed: practical skills; the ability to work under pressure; the ability to work as part of a team with other tradesmen.

Qualification is desired but not a must, the ability to work with others is essential and to be able to work well under pressure.

Full Time

**Salary**: £18.00-£20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Scaffolding: 1 year (preferred)
