We are currently recruiting for Support Workers to work on a 2:1 basis with one of our learners in Tatworth, Somerset.

My name is T and I have 2:1 staff support and enjoy the company of cheerful staff.

I'm generally a happy chap and I enjoy accessing my local community, I have my own disability car for staff to support me in doing this. I like to express myself when happy by colouring and chatting to my staff. I can have challenging behaviour when I am upset, I need my staff to be calm and supportive with this.

**Our Mission**: Develop essential skills and self-confidence for adults with learning disabilities/difficulties and mental health through learning, living and working.

**Work/Life balance is important to us. a2a has a variety of contracts available to suit you and your family, part time or full-time hours available. All contracts are based on a 2 week rolling rota, so you will always know your shifts and with every other weekend off work (unless wanting weekend only work).**

**Shift Patterns;**
- Shift patterns and various contracts available. Shifts available are: 7am-2:30pm and 2:30pm-10pm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Zero hours contract
