**Role summary**:
The purpose of the role is to ensure the business unit is professional, organised and compliant with respect to ISO policies, contracts and compliance processes.

Responsible for the administration of ISO9001:2015. This will include the maintenance and communication of all ISO documents within the business unit. In addition this role will co-ordinate, support and participate in ISO9001:2015 external audits. Role will interact extensively with branch Compliance team for ISO14001:2015.

Support the Contract and Conformance Manager in ensuring the departments SLA’s and KPI’s are met and that they are fully compliant.

**Skills/Responsibilities**:
**To be successful in this role you will need to**:

- Maintain documentation for ISO9001 across the business unit
- Work with department managers to ensure their procedures are checked regularly and cross-referenced correctly
- Support department managers to update documentation
- Conduct internal audits on all LES sites
- Attend, co-ordinate and support external audits
- Ensure actions from ISO9001 internal and external audits are followed up
- Support BST Compliance with ISO14001:2015 certification
- Attend Environmental Management Review Meetings
- Co-ordinate and/or support the collection of documentation following the contract negotiation process
- Manage standard templates version control
- Work closely with Legal to ensure contract records are accurate
