**What you’ll be doing**:

- Ensuring a wide portfolio of projects are delivered on time, on schedule and to the highest quality
- Operating effectively in a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environment by adapting approach to rapid changes in priorities and demands
- Support the evolving design solution with specialist support and advice within the programme and if required across the Engineering function
- Build and maintain strong network outside of BAE Systems Land UK

**Your skills and experiences**:
**ESSENTIALS**
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in an Engineering or Science discipline
- Ability to handle complex and ever-changing environment
- Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders using an appropriate communication style

**DESIRABLES**
- Ability to manage a complex network of contacts to the businesses best advantage
- Ordnance Munitions Explosive (OME) experience
