**Starbucks Barista - South Ruislip**

Cineworld South Ruislip is looking to recruit a Starbucks Barista to join their team. This cinema is a new build and is the new generation of Cineworld Cinemas. Cineworld South Ruislip operates a full concessions stand, Baskin Robbins scoop ice cream and a Starbucks coffeehouse. The cinema is situated within the Old Dairy Farm complex in South Ruislip. The Old Dairy Complex opened in 2017 to include Cineworld, an Asda Supermarket and 3 additional restaurants including Nando’s. The complex also has a Gym which opened in 2021.

The Role of the Starbucks Barista is to contribute to Starbucks’ success by providing legendary customer service to all customers by providing them with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment. The Barista is responsible for acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values; embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Acting in accordance with, and as an ambassador for Starbucks guiding principles, culture and values
- Embracing the coffee culture and keeping it at the heart of everything we do
- Discovering and responding to customers’ needs, providing product sampling and demonstrations to deliver the Starbucks Experience to customers.
- Follow Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling, security and health and safety to ensure the safety of self, customers and partners at all times.
