Job Overview:
We are looking for two people to join our team as Park Wardens to assist Park Managers in running our busy 5* Touring and Glamping Park, situated in Shrewsbury. The Position is permanent, and accommodation is provided.

We are looking for two confident, well-presented people who are not afraid of hard work.

Preference will be given to those who have relevant previous experience in the hospitality sector and/0r caravan industry.

The Love2Stay resort really has it all. The fully serviced resorted is set in 22 acres of stunning landscape and attracts visitors from all across the U.K.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about the park facilities and local attractions.
- Manage caravan and glamping bookings, ensuring accurate reservations and timely check-ins.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the park grounds, including waste disposal and recycling.
- Oversee park security, ensuring the safety of guests and property.
- Resolve guest queries and issues promptly and professionally to enhance their experience.
- Conduct regular inspections of caravans/glamping units to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Coordinate maintenance tasks with relevant staff to upkeep park facilities.
- Help with the up keep of the Parks Hot tubs and Pools

**Skills**:

- Excellent guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong hospitality background with experience in managing accommodation bookings.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Plant room and Hot tub experience desirable

Pay: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
