**Administrator - Edinburgh - £20,000 - 25,000 p/a DOE - Hybrid**

**Are you looking to begin a career in the world of pensions? Do you want to join an expanding organisation who promote progression?**

We are looking to speak to experienced administrators who are looking to move into the world of pensions. You will join a growing business and supportive team who will teach you all the expertise you need to complete your pensions qualifications within the first 3 years

**This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday - Friday (36hrs per week), with a hybrid working model in place.**

**Are you who we are looking for?**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and orally
- Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
- Collaborative and enjoy working as part of a team environment
- Great customer service skills
- General administration experience
- Driven and motivated to work towards your Pensions Qualifications
- You have a higher maths qualification or equivalent (preferred but not essential)

**What is the day to day like?**
- Calculating members pensions benefits in accordance with internal policies
- Ensuring excellent service is always provided
- Maintaining accurate records on internal and external systems
- Developing your knowledge and understanding of the scheme’s legislation
- Building strong internal and external relationships
- Demonstrating understanding and progress throughout the training programme
