**About us**

Van Arnhem LLP is a garden maintenance service. We maintain gardens throughout Surrey. We are looking to expand our business and looking for experienced people to join our team.

Assistant Gardener

On site training is given for the use of power tools.

20 days paid holiday a year plus bank holidays.

**Responsibilities**
- Punctual
- Works well as a team and also on your own
- Be able to work in a physically demanding role in all weather.
- Planting shrubs, trees and seasonal plants
- Mow, trim and fertilise lawns
- Mulch, edge and weed gardens
- Prune and trim trees and bushes
- Monitor and maintain the health of plants
- Deal with pest problems that could damage plants
- Keep gardens clear of debris

**Requirements**:

- Experience is essential.
- The ability to lift heavy objects
- The ability to remain on your feet for long periods of time.
- A love of the outdoors and plant life
- Must be able to travel to and from Godalming
- Hold a full UK driving license
- PA1 and PA6 desirable but not required
