Reporting to the Operations Manager, the main purpose of this role is to effectively prepare, pack and ship material to offshore assets in a safe and timely manner in accordance with Company and clients' processes. Always ensuring safety and service excellence.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Maintenance and preparation for shipment functions in line with agreed procedures.
- The accurate completion of all documentation pertaining to the shipment of material.
- The correct packing of all material as per Clients and ASCO requirements and procedures.
- Planning and coordination of transportation on site, liaising with whole team to ensure all requirements are met and use of trucks are effectively managed.
- Offloading and loading of vehicles as per Clients and ASCO requirements and procedures.
- Completion of manifesting on SAP to ensure traceability of material.
- Awareness of Dangerous Goods and requirements for shipment, handling and storage of dangerous goods.
- Regularly read and understand procedures
- Review and/or comply with work aids and risk assessment control measures
- To contribute and raise safety observations
- Accurately use clients SAP system.
- Always contribute toward High Standards of Housekeeping being maintained within the yard areas.
- Ensure compliance regarding legislative standards as required by company and client's procedures including Oil and Gas Best Practice, HMRC, IMDG, COSHH etc.
- Ensure the correct use of Forklifts and Lifting equipment as set out in legislative and procedural policy; If authorized to carry out lifting activities (Forklift Operations / Banksman & Slinger duties), ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Company’s Lifting Equipment Control and Operation Procedures (LECOP)
- Conduct other duties as required in support of the Receipts, Returns and Inventory Teams

Minimum Qualifications
- Current forklift licence
