As part of our Nights management team in our Front of Office Department, you will be responsible to co-ordinate and oversee all hotel operations. The principle responsibility is safety and security of guests and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of the night audit function.

**Your skills and expertise**:

- You will be able to oversee hotel operations
- You will be able to conduct inspections of front of house and back of house during shift, including front office, housekeeping, lobby, food and beverage outlets and public areas.
- You will be able to meet and greet VIPs.
- You will be able to handle complaints and escalate to manager where necessary.
- You will ensure that front office policies and procedures are followed correctly.
- You will be knowledgeable of front office systems and know back up procedures and system recovery procedures.
- You will monitor early morning wake up procedures as well as efficiently follow check-ins and check-out processes.
- You will be able to run the night audit function.
