**Package**:£25k base / £60k on target (company commission scheme with an on target earning of £60k, but uncapped)

**The Opportunity**

We have an exciting open role for a Tax Operations Executive to focus on three key areas:
**Tax Operations** - Leading the operation of the tax rebate business. This will encompass the following tasks:

- ensuring the smooth flow of tax rebate data between our customers and our accounting firm
- supporting our sales team to respond to tax queries from customers

**Product innovation**
- exploring ways to best optimise the customer experience across our tax rebate offering
- build business cases for new tax, accounting, financial products to support the growth of the business and the experience we offer our customers

Today's market isn’t catering well for these people; tax and finance is a complex area, typically covered by larger corporations or small accountancy firms, both of whom have a B2B mentality.

These companies offer a poor customer experience and aren’t marketing or speaking to consumers with an everyman tone of voice. Their brands are also not suited to consumers.

TaxHoot solves this challenges by enabling customers to be in control of their tax and financial affairs.
