An opportunity has arisen for a Centreless Grinder to join a leading manufacturer of precision engineered components. Our client have over 100 years heritage and a strong reputation for quality and excellence across the world. They supply to a large range of industries including Aerospace, Power Generation and Automotive. Due to an increase in workload, they are currently looking for a Centreless Grinder to join their existing team.

Centreless Grinder - The Role:

- Machine setting and grinding.
- Ensuring that components meet the drawing specification and quality standards.
- Daily maintenance of equipment.
- Ability to work to and maintain strict timescales efficiently.
- Ability to utilise metric and imperial measuring equipment.
- Preparing various metal components to precise and accurate tolerances
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings. and to calibrate critical measuring equipment.
