**_We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Co-ordinator to join our Marketing team. As our Marketing Co-ordinator you will support the Brand Manager to be the voice and champion of the customer and brand - end to end, from ideation to implementation._**

**Your main responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the production of instore POS including cross functional working, policing of deadlines, proofing and liaising with relevant third party suppliers.
- Create Design briefs and collate product information and assets for briefs
- Responsible for creating all marketing Franchisee/Manager communications to ensure all marketing activity is implemented effectively
- Plan and implement all local marketing activity to build awareness and drive footfall at store
- Support with the implementation and delivery of projects
- Responsible for raising p/o numbers and ensuring budget books are kept up to date and continuously monitor and challenge costs to identify ways of improving the cost effectiveness of activity
- Work closely with the our Buying team to consistently drive best practice and ensure consistency of internal processes and procedures
- Contribute to brand objectives with new ideas and innovative thinking

**About You**
- Excellent written skills and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage tight deadlines
- Skilled Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint user
- Experience of working with agencies and experience in POS and Print preferred but not essential
- An ideas generator - both creative and practical
- Agile, collaborative and loads of initiative with a can do attitude.
- Proud of what they do and pacey but delivers with lots of attention to detail. Always hungry to find a better way.
