**Duties**:

- Operate and maintain various types of construction equipment
- Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy loads
- Confident in first and second fix joinery
- Assist with the installation of various construction materials such as concrete, steel, and wood
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment
- Work collaboratively with other members of the construction team

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in construction or related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
