Here at Peabody, we have opportunities for **TWO Female Waking Night Support Worker** for a **Supported Housing service.** The service will support vulnerable women to gain _independence_ and _support_ them holistically to reach their goals and aspirations and move on to _independent living._
- These posts are offered on a permanent basis at our Islington Service._

**A bit about the role**:
As a** Female Waking Night Support Worker,** you will work you will work with a team of motivated, compassionate, and dedicated colleagues to help _women _prepare to live _independently_.

The **Female Support Worker **will support a case load of women, all with varying needs, so they are ready to live independently after 12-months.

- The service will run on a rolling rota basis with variable shifts Mon-Sun._

Some of the key results for the role include:

- Working closely with your colleagues and a range of external agencies in engaging in their support programme and achieving their goals.
- Planning and delivering fun and meaningful activities for women living at the project, whilst adhering to safeguarding and health and safety procedures.
- Keeping the project clean and tidy
- Bring a discreet and sensitive approach with strong professional boundaries and be able to confidently deal with tense and difficult situations.
- Having an understanding of safeguarding and knowledge of the benefit system (is desirable but not essential)._
- This role will require an Enhanced DBS check._
