A role devoted to regulatory compliance of their products, and keeping abreast of regulatory changes relevant to the business. Also responsible for the development and engagement of a regulatory executive.

**Description**

A regulatory Manager with good experience ideally in or close to the pet feed supplement industry.
- This role Is dedicated to the regulatory compliance of our products and activities to the applicable laws. This covers the UK, US and any International markets.
- Keeping on top of regulatory changes applicable to our business and ensuring they are met in a timely manner.
- This role will design strategies, put forward recommendations and give advise to the Senior Leadership Team and their teams.
- Responsible for managing, developing and engaging a Regulatory Executive.
- Supervises the sign off of all packaging, formulations and ingredients. They are involved in the selection of ingredients and suppliers to meet Lintbells company's requirements.
- Review and approve content (website, LinkedIn, trade show booths, etc)
- Ensuring we adhere to regulations for new products or international markets.
- Support the wider Operations team and business

**Profile**

Confident in execution of:

- Label compliance
- Ingredient compliance and registrations where necessary (EU)
- Raw material management e.g. filing, coding, getting paperwork
- Marketing content compliance, checking articles, adverts, websites, videos etc
- Keeping up with changes to regulations, including attending training and seminars
- Regulatory research and advise for ad hoc projects
- Writing guidance/training materials and SOPs where relevant
- Liaising and negotiating with our EU representative
- Familiar with import/export paperwork, including ABP Information advising on EHC questions and checking EU shipments
- Advise business on marketing and commercial claims
- Responsible for international registration and provide due diligence to the business to identify opportunities
- Sign off formulations to share with manufacturers for production
- Design and/or review proposed specifications from QA and R&D for regulatory compliance
- Assessment of claims in the development of new products
- Training the Regulatory Executive on feed, feed additive regulations, label compliance and marketing claim rules
- Train other department on marketing claims to provide autonomy and control the content of employees' social posts
