We have a fantastic **temp-to-perm** opportunity for **Reach Forklift Drivers **with our exciting new client in **Hertfordshire**. You will be based at their multi-purpose distribution centre in **Hemel Hempstead**:
**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Maintaining **health and safety**, **quality** and **hygiene** guidelines
- Carry out **pick & pack** tasks in all areas, using **RF handheld devices** from Reach Forklifts
- **Ensure** that personal and warehouse **targets are achieved** as well as meeting customer’s requirements and maintaining quality standards
- **Load/unload** and **put away**:

- Take part in daily **stock checks**/investigations
- **Communicate effectively** to enable other warehouse staff to carry out their job

**More about the position**:

- **Monday to Friday**:

- Day shift **(08:30 - 17:30)**:

- **1-hour daily break **(can be split in line with operational requirements)
- **Optional** weekend **overtime** **(07:00 - 12:00, DOUBLE PAY)**:
**Pay**:

- **£11.80** per hour basic
- **£23.60 **per hour weekends
- Paid weekly (every Friday)

**Salary**: £11.80-£23.60 per hour
