**Role: SHEQ Advisor (Construction)**
**Location: Remote / site / report to Hatfield Office**
**Salary: £50k + pension + 25 hols + Life cover +++**
**Summary**:
**Key responsibilities**:
- Reporting into the Senior SHEQ Advisor
- Supporting / implementing requests to ensure that products / services meet all compliances
- Ensuring the working conditions of the company are favourable, compliant and safe
- Providing technical support / guidance ensuring effective implementation and operation of the ISO9001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001 systems
- Managing allocated visits ensuring the effective and efficient use of resources available
**Skills and experience required**:
- Relevant experience of working as part of a SHEQ team
- Experience of managing an SHEQ function within a business of similar siz/complexity
- At least 3 years relevant construction sector experience
- Background in dealing with complex system audits, both internal and external
- Up to date knowledge of UK legislation in relation to SHEQ
- Ability to work remotely, alone and as part of a team
- Strong communication, organisation and influencing skills
- Good at developing relationships at all levels of management structure
- Computer literate
- NEBOSH General Certificate & NEBOSH Construction
