EMEA Real Estate Project Lead

The Project Lead is responsible for overseeing the planning, development, and execution of construction projects in EMEA. The incumbent will work closely with the project team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Lead will also be responsible for managing relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that all project requirements are met.

Principal Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the project, including design, procurement, construction, and project closeout
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets and ensure that they are adhered to throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee the work of project team members, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that project requirements are met and that work is completed on schedule
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure that all project requirements are met and that communication is clear and effective
- Ensure that all project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports, is accurate and up-to-date
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans and schedules as needed to ensure that project goals are met
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
- Ensure that all project work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
- Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and to address any concerns or issues
- Support the management of the London long term strategy project
- Support the management of real estate transactions, including leasing, acquisition, and disposition of properties in the region.
- Serve as alternate key stakeholder for Real Estate related matters and projects

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on complex construction projects
- Strong understanding of architecture and design principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in project management and architectural software, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed
