As a Forklift Operative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, making a real impact on the success of the business.

- Operating a forklift with precision and expertise to safely move materials within the warehouse.
- Ensuring that quality standards, safety protocols, and operational objectives are met at all times.
- Collaborating with other departments to optimise warehouse activities and maximise efficiency.
- Picking and packing orders accurately, contributing to the seamless flow of operations.
- Storing stock and finished products in the right place, following stock rotation and batch coding procedures.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

- A valid counterbalance forklift license, demonstrating your expertise.
- Proven experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- An eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills.
- The ability to adapt to different temperature environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to forklift operations.
- The ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy objects when required.
