A stunning B&I location in Central London for a UK-based insurance company. Catering for approximately 300 people plus many guests daily. We operate two barista coffee bars, lunch service and lots of high end hospitality. The role is Monday to Friday with some evening events.

We are looking for a **supervisor** to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in **London.**

You will ideally have previous experience of working within a fast-paced catering environment as a hospitality assistant or supervisor and be barista trained.

You will enjoy what you do, working with a great team, for a company fanatical about food and serving wonderful customers.

**Key responsibilities**:

- To oversee the day to day catering operation
- Ensuring company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
- Ensuring all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures are followed.
- Carrying out all admin tasks, including placing and receiving orders, record keeping, billing, and producing reports.
- To support the team with serving customers, replenishing stocks, making hot drinks, clearing down (Barista skills essential).

**You will have the following skills**:

- Excellent customer service skills
- Hospitality experience required
- An all-round team player
- Organised with attention to detail

**Knowledge / competencies**:

- Ability to demonstrate excellent understanding and use of verbal English.
- Ability to demonstrate an excellent standard of written English and reading skills.
- Similar experience of customer and / or food preparation environment is preferred
