My Client is a Cloud-first Managed IT Service Provider based in the South-West. **About You**

Excellent customer service is at the heart of what they do - you will need to be an enthusiastic professional with a can-do attitude capable of delivering a service at an extremely high standard. You’ll love what you do, and have a willingness to learn from others while striving to benefit and add value for our customers and your team members.

**Duties + Responsibilities**
- Implement Modern Cloud IT Solutions
- Escalation Technical Resource for Project Engineers
- Work as part of our dedicated Projects Team away from the Service Desk
- Support and guide customers on their Technical journey
- Work with the Projects Administrator to ensure projects are a success

**Skills + Experience**
- Previous MSP Experience would be hugely advantageous
- Experience with Microsoft 365 including Modern Endpoint Management and Security
- Intune Product Family (Autopilot, SCCM etc)
- Exchange Online
- Tenant to Tenant Migration experience
- Capability in Security, Compliance, Risk & Reporting
- Microsoft Azure (Migration, Deployment and Management of services)
- Comfortable communicating at all levels including Management, Senior Leadership Team and Board/Directors
