A well-established and progression driven fire risk company are actively looking to hire 3 Fire risk Assessors across 3 different levels (Low, Medium and High). The fire risk assessor will be working on a hybrid basis, with the flexibility to report to Warringtonbased office. As a fire risk assessor, you will be valued as a person, on your drive and performance appose to just a body

The successful fire risk assessors will be put on a clear progression plan involving qualifications and thought-out training to help them reach their potential and the standard required.

The reason for recruitment of fire risk assessors is due to the company expanding and wanting to add to their already impressive and well skilled team.

The Fire Risk Assessor
- Nebosh Fire (or level 3 equivalent)
- Type 1 fire risk assessments (Low)
- Type 1 & 3 fire risk assessments (Medium)
- Type 1 to 4 fire risk assessments (High)
- Any surveying experience desirable.
- Residential experience (job is 60% residential)
- Able to manage time well
- Driving License

The Role (where progression will take you)

Low
- Type 1 fire risk assessments or surveys
- Basic ability to liaise with clients
- Train clients
- Receive training and qualifications and carry out types 2,3 & 4

Medium
- Carry out type 1 & 3's
- Train and get proficient in 2 & 4's
- Undertake peer reviews and validation of others work
- Start learning fire safety strategies on a basic level

High
- Carry out type 1-4 fire risk assessments
- Working knowledge or capability in compartmentation surveys
- Ability to carry out or review fire safety strategies
- Learn and take on fire engineering responsibilities
