Are you an experience administrator? Do you have previous reception/admin experience? Looking for a temporary role for the next 6 months?

Element Recruitment are excited to be working with an education provider, based in Bath, who are looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their team for the next 6 months. This role has a potential to go permanent.
- Starting immediately for the next 6 months
- Pay: £12.87 per hour (+holiday)
- Location: Central Bath
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, with 1 hour lunch break
- Parking onsite

You will be:

- Answering the mainline switchboard and directing clients to the correct department
- Processing orders for the organisation
- Dealing with ad-hoc admin tasks from all departments

You will have:

- At least 6 months of admin experience
- Previous experience working on a reception switchboard
- The ability to work alone
- Strong organisation skills
