Plus Rooms are a leading residential development company that specialise in kitchen extensions and loft conversions in prime London locations throughout London. We are seeking a Remedial Surveyor to work within our growing organisation; overseeing remedial works and learning from our General Manager.

**About The Role**
- Review all client requests for remedial support
- Arrange to survey issue at the property
- Identify & document any issues within a property
- Schedule remedial works to be conducted
- Liaise with Remedial Operative and client to ensure works completed satisfactorily
- Recommend any restorative works that may be needed

**About You**

You must have an understanding of property structure, construction and materials. With excellent client facing skills your days will be spent mostly out on site assessing remedial issues, agreeing repairs, scheduling works, maintaining cost records and documenting all communication within our CRM database. You should have:

- Degree in Surveying or relevant degree
- Have 2 years professional experience (preferred)
- Flexible working attitude
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- A drive for quality and excellence
- Clean driving UK license

**About the package**

Full time permanent role, with excellent career progression in other business areas

Salary**:£25,000-£30,000** depending on experience

Location: Northwood but mostly travelling between client homes throughout London

Benefits: 25 days annual leave, company car & fuel card, iPad & mobile phone
