**Becoming a Power Platform Developer with Smart DCC**:
**What you’ll be doing**:

Process automation and Reporting - Ensure that the business functions are able to replace historic processes with auditable automation utilising the Microsoft Power Platform (Forms, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint and COE)
Company Data Protection - Design and implement disaster recovery and contingency plans to protect company data
Policies and Procedures Development - Draft policies, procedures, and related guidelines within an area of expertise to meet defined key principles and ensure compliance with external requirements
Business Requirements Identification - Elicit complex business requirements using a variety of methods such as interviews, document analysis, workshops, and workflow analysis to express the requirements in terms of target user roles and goalsOperational Compliance - Monitor and review performance and behaviours within area of responsibility to identify and resolve non-compliance with the organization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct

**What we’re looking for**:

- Proven commercial experience delivering Power Platform solutions in Power Apps, Power Automate, MS Flow
- Extensive experience working on highly compex Power Platform development projects
- Solid and proven SQL querying skills preferably MS SQL
- Solid DAX querying skills
- Strong SharePoint and Forms
- Azure DevOps knowledge would be useful
