Lettings Negotiator/lister

**The Role**:
An opening is available for an experienced Lettings Negotiator/Lister to join our progressive and successful team based in our Bexhill office.
- Previous experience in residential lettings
- Previous experience listing properties
- Excellent sales ability
- High level of customer service
- Good communicator
- Highly organised and able to prioritise workload
- Professional and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Knowledge of the Bexhill, Hastings, and surrounding areas helpful
- Full Driving License and own car essential

**Job Type**:

- Full time permanent role
- Monday to Friday with Saturdays on rotation, 9:00am - 5:30pm
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
- £26,000 - £28,000 salary (OTE £30,000 + Mileage Allowance)

Pay: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
