Responsibilities include a strong understanding of Party data and workflows for the global Wealth Management and Private Bank lines of business, driving the strategic road map for how internal products and systems create, update, modify and delete Party level data, and leading a team of product owners to deliver maximum value for our clients and firm. Own the Party Area Product roadmap for digital workflows that create, update, modify and delete Party level data attributes. Lead end-to-end management and execution across the full product lifecycle including research, ideation, prototype, test, build, adopt, and measure in partnership with users, stakeholders, design, and technology. Effectively lead teams toward robust set of delivery milestones. Understand and mitigate risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in product development lifecycle.

**Job responsibilities**:

- Develop concise user stories, user story maps, test scripts, process flows Prioritize the product backlog and partner with technology partners / scrum teams to deliver maximum value
- Create and simulate business process management diagrams in Signavio Use Decision Model and Notation to support decision management and business rules applied in digital products
- Support testing cycles (UAT, regression, system, prod checkout coordination/involvement)
- Decision-making within product workstreams regarding the optimal path to meet business objectives, satisfy client and employee needs, avoid legal or regulatory issues, and make efficient use of the firm's capital.
- Develop clear documentation of the scope, business requirements, use cases, workflows, wire-frames, and other materials as needed to support UX research, design and development. Cultivate deep relationships with delivery partners across the Business, Technology, Design, and control functions across lines of business. Represent the Client Information Product vision, strategy, and product roadmap with key senior stakeholders and in high-visibility forums.
- Lead OKRs, KPIs and KRIs to continually improve products and services. Partner with business readiness teams to deliver a streamlined Go To Market process for our products

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Proven experience in product management leading strategic or transformational change, preferably with experience in wealth management, asset management, digital banking, or a closely related business. Experience communicating a strategy and roadmap across a large, diverse, global organization
- Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills. Ability to crisply articulate complex technical concepts to senior audiences with poise and confidence
- Experience with product and strategic solutions delivery
- Experience with data governance and data modeling. Experience with API development, structured data and building technical products
- Experience with Atlassian agile planning and reporting tools (Jira, Confluence, Planner, Portfolio, Align, etc.). Experience with Agile product delivery
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products (spreadsheets, pivot tables, presentations on Power Point). Experience with Business Process and Decision Modeling
- Excellent communication skills ensuring transparency across all stakeholders. Adapts to a rapidly changing business and technical environment. Experience in working with Stakeholder/Business Owners to identify the source of the a problem/area to implement an improved process
