**COMMERCIAL & BLOCK PROPERTY MANAGER- Commercial Estate Agency**

**Location: Brighton, BN1**

**Salary: £35k**

**Position: Permanent - Full Time**

We are seeking an experienced **Commercial & Block Property Manager** for an established professional property company specialising in Development, Investment and Asset Management with offices in the **Brighton** area.

The role will involve dealing with and managing a commercial property portfolio so knowledge of commercial leases is essential. There is also a Block Management Portfolio so a sound knowledge of Block Management is also essential.

The various skills required in this role will include:exceptional client contact skills, property management, repairs and maintenance, accounting, as well as negotiating and interpreting leases, renewals, rent reviews and licences.

A proven background in commercial property would be beneficial in addition to qualifications within property management.

**Skills: The skills required for this Commercial & Block Property Manager role will include**:

- Previous experience in the commercial property sector
- Previous experience in the block management
- Excellent customer service
- Strong organisational skills
- Knowledge of the local area
- Ability to build strong business relationships
- Confident in liaising with other sectors
