Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Black Hat Drainage Supervisor to oversee our drainage operations. The Black Hat Drainage Supervisor will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in executing various drainage projects with precision and expertise.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage a team of drainage technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of projects.
- Plan and coordinate drainage projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and logistics management.
- Conduct on-site assessments to identify drainage issues and develop effective solutions.
- Utilise black hat techniques and unconventional methods to address complex drainage challenges.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members on black hat drainage strategies and techniques.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project requirements and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including documentation of techniques and outcomes.

Skills/Abilities:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in drainage construction and maintenance.
- Proven experience in implementing black hat drainage techniques and strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards related to drainage operations.

Certifications:

- SMSTS
- Confined Space qualification preferred
- Experience in deep drainage.
