**Job Title;**Tool Setter

**Salary;**£25,000 - £28,500 per annum, dependent on experience

**Shift Pattern;**Rotational day shift, Monday - Friday, 42 hours per week

**Location;**Market Rasen, Lincolnshire

Our client, a renowned manufacturing company, is currently seeking a Tool Setter to join their team You will be responsible for the change if tooling and complete set up of ancillary equipment required to meet production plans as planned.

**The Tool Setter Role;**
- Carry out production line clearance in preparation for next tooling
- Refitting and removing of tooling to presses
- Liaise with operational staff to understand tooling related issues
- Liaise with Quality engineers for product improvement
- Support with line breakdowns where necessary
- Maintain safe work practices and work in align with Health and Safety procedures
- Other duties as required by Technical Manager
- NVQ qualified (or equivalent) in Polymer Process or similar
- Experience in machine setting injection moulding machines and with other high speed plastic moulding machinery
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to have a flexible approach to changing work demands
- Able to work in a team to achieve objectives
- Methodical approach to fault finding issues
- Crane license desirable
