**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
**QuESH**: Quality, Environment Safety & Health.

The QuESH department is growing its team and is seeking to add a QHS administrator providing operational support across the business. You will be primarily based at the modern Uxbridge office, 3Rd Floor - Belmont House, Belmont Road in Uxbridge, London, UB8 1HE.

**Job Type**: Permanent - Full Time.

**Pay Rate**: Up to £27,500 per annum dependent upon experience.

**Working Hours**: 40 Hrs per week, Monday to Friday normally 09.00 Hrs to 17.30 Hrs.

**Start Date**: Immediately.

**Role Summary**:
Reporting to the QuESH Director and working closely with other members of the QuESH team, we are looking for a driven and collaborative team player that is an excellent communicator and comfortable in interacting with others. They will be encouraged to help drive for continual improvement whilst putting their own stamp on QHS procedures and strategies. This is a perfect opportunity to join the team and develop their knowledge, skills and experience whilst the company continues with its growth strategy. The applicant shall open and willing to learn new skills, through both internal and external training, and will be required to provide a high quality of health and safety administrative support.

**Your responsibilities and Key Areas of work may include**:

- Support with the administration of our Health and Safety Management System
- Coordination and administration of the accident and incident register and its accompanying data
- General administrative duties, including upkeep of the national document library and portal
- Support with the administration of the companies permit to work system
- Support with the coordination and administration of training across all business units as required
- Collation, inputting and reporting of KPI data
- Occasional support with the undertaking QHS site inspections, and coordination of the evidence and data

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Previous experience in administration relating to Health and Safety
- Proficient in Microsoft suite, particularly excel and word
- Excellent standard of written English
