Bookkeeper - Part Time with Administrative

New Work Challenge We are looking for a reliable flexible bookkeeper with administrative experience for a hospitality leisure company, must live in the Guildford area
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Carry out but not restricted bookkeeping/data entry procedures, filing both digital and hard copies, keeping staff files up to date.
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel and other data.
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary;
**Main Skills**:
- Excellent MS-Office skills
- Previous bookkeeping experience
- Previous Office Admin experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Previous database management / data entry experience
**Job Type**: Part-time
**Salary**: Up to £16.00 per hour
