- **Minimum of 2 years administration experience with data input**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel**:

- **Experience using MRP/ERP systems - desirable**:

- **Experience within a production/manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous for this position**

**Your daily responsibilities will include...**
- Supporting Buyers with invoice queries.
- Communicate to the team changes to original order dates and process.
- Placing basic orders under direction and guidance
- Attaching order confirmations within the MRP
- Support Engineering changes and updating logs for Purchasing.
- Administration support to Production Control
- Support Ad-Hoc orders to support business needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ludlow, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (required)
- Data input/Word Processing: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet: 1 year (required)
- Production/Manufacturing: 1 year (required)

Work authorisation:

- United Kingdom (required)
