**Job Description: Recycling Operative**
**Pay Rate: £10.42**
**Hours: Mon - Fri 08:30 - 17:30**
We are currently seeking a Recycling Operative to join our team at iSupply Group in Lymm, United Kingdom. As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective recycling of materials in a timely manner.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sorting and segregating materials for recycling
- Operating machinery to compact and bale materials
- Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment
- Reporting any faults or issues to the supervisor
- Following health and safety guidelines at all times
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends if required
