**Overview**
City Recruitment Group are recruiting for an Key Account Manager to join our clients exciting, fast-growing Electronics Manufacturing and retailing company.
- **£30,500 basic +**OTE/Bonus (£11k inc base level) = £42k annually (OTE).

**Your new role**

As an Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining solid relationships and Wholesale accounts whom they manufacture and distribute for.

As an Key Account Manager, you will be ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining communication to ensure they are receiving the inventory on time, they are happy with the product and to deal with any queries the customers may have.

**Responsibilities**:

- Control all aspects of the customer cycle including prospecting,
- Marketing, sourcing products, quoting, collaborating with stakeholders, and after-sales service
- Identify and develop growth opportunities for existing key customers via market research, cross
- selling, and cost-saving exercises; responsible for the profitability of all accounts.
- Work with suppliers, Purchasing and Technical to develop new products in order to maintain accounts.
- Maintaining 6-7 major accounts.
- Consistently achieve >100% of targets and KPIs; create forecasts and account growth plans.

**The ideal Key Account Manager is/has;**
- Has 2-6 years experience in Account Managing
- Ideally comes from a manufacturer-sales background (not a deal-breaker if your background is different)
- Has dealt with products
- Is motivated by establishing and maintaining long-term relationships, facilitating regular business and customer satisfaction.
- Is target driven

This role is office-based.
