Barker Munro recruitment has a new opportunity for an experienced Household Claims counter fraud investigator this expanding insurance organisation.

You will be required to handle, investigate and conclude Household claims where fraud is suspected. The role will involve undertaking open source and company provided database searches for the validation of claims identified as requiring such research.

Creating locus reports and site investigations across lines of business, mainly focusing on property claims. Conducting extensive and confidential investigations of suspected fraud allegations, this may include attending individual’s premises, homes or otherplaces and interviewing individuals who may have information on fraud allegations. You will conduct extensive and confidential investigations of suspected fraud allegations.

Professional, polite assertiveness and determination when faced with claimants who may be trying to deflect or mislead.
