**The Role**

Responsibilities will include supporting students with a variety of needs to access the curriculum and raise their achievement; develop students study and organizational skills; a contribution to the delivery of differentiated curricula, enabling meaningful inclusion and access to learning for these students.

Inclusion is a fundamental part of our provision for students with additional needs and when it comes to looking after our children we never settle for second best. We are looking for a teaching assistant who can work with individuals, build positive relationships with students to promote interaction and learning. At St Joseph’s we motivate and engage children to believe in themselves through matching care and the education to meet their needs.
