- YOUR ROLEOur growing Customs team based in Felixstowe is looking for an experienced Customs Coordinator to support with customs clearances for our Air, Ocean, and Road Freight customers.WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?Reporting into the Customs Team Leader, you will work alongside your colleagues to ensure all customs clearances are actioned on goods entering the UK, typically coming from European Countries for a multitude of different customers. You will utilise Destin8 and CNS systems to claim inventory links to add to the customs entry, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and accuracy is maintained to prevent any errors or oversights on documentation. This role will require regular communication and engagement with the customers, so you’ll need to build and maintain first-class, long-lasting relationships with them and be on hand to support at each stage of the process.This is a Monday to Friday role 08:30 - 17:00, slight flexibility is allowed.WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?-
