Learning & Development plays a vital part of Würth's culture and the success of the work force. The Divisional Product Trainers are on the front line of upskilling the work forces knowledge to ultimately increase revenue and sales as well as provide some of the best advice to our customers.

Falling under the Human Resources Dept, the Divisional Product Trainers main responsibility will be to participate in the ongoing development of the sales force's product related training activity, both offline as well as online.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Deliver product training for existing and new colleagues on a monthly basis that supports the divisional strategy
- Development of product related (digital) training content such as e-learnings, videos, webinars, live streaming and use of the Wurth Learning Management System
- Liaise with the product management team to support the launch of new products into the sales force as well as product updates
- Live product demonstrations to end users, face to face and online
- Administration of all training activity; annual training calendar linking with the divisional strategy, registration of attendance, planning & organisation, testing and reporting
- Setting up communication plans with key stake holders in the organisation to ensure the learning strategy aligns with divisional / company strategy
- Ensuring company culture is lived by example

**You bring**:

- Knowledge of market & products within a trade segment (preferable with some hands-on experience but not essential)
- Experience in developing and delivering training
- Competent in technology and continuously looks at new ways to deliver and improve digital training
- A background in translating products into sales
- Excellent communication (verbal and in writing) and presentation skills with the ability to inspire and motivate
- Excellent time & project management skills
- Ideally some experience in video editing and streaming software
- Experienced in MS Office, especially in PowerPoint and Excel
- A dynamic, enthusiastic & hands on personality; you are used to working hard, aiming for results and working proactively.
- Full time availability, valid driving license & willingness to travel are a must **(position is located at head office in Erith, London)
