The Successful Applicant will:

- Work closely and collaboratively with the wider Health & Safety team, fostering a culture of safety consciousness across the business.
- Be proficient in MS Office software (Word, Excel).
- Be GDPR competent.
- Have a professional and punctual attitude, displaying a commitment to organisation and administration and contributing towards excellent Health & Safety standards at RM Contractors.
- Ideally, have a background in Construction and/or Health & Safety.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare new project documentation packs.
- Complete onboarding competence, and other checks, for new operatives and for existing operatives who move sites and/or change duties.
- Booking in training where required.
- Supporting with Risk Assessments as required.
- Updating Health & Safety documents, paperwork and spreadsheets where necessary.
- Monitoring and actioning expiring site qualifications.
- Co-ordinating safety training.
- Maintaining accurate Health & Safety record systems.
- Issuing RAMS where required.
- Updating project folders where required.
- Recording accidents and incidents, reporting to HSE as required.
- Other administrative duties as required.
