R13 Recruitment are currently working alongside a National Charity who provide employment support for the long term unemployed. This dynamic role will be covering the Lowestoft area and is offered on a hybrid working basis.

As a **Support Manager** you will be responsible for ensuring that every participant journey in sustainable employment is as smooth and well-coordinated as possible. This role will suit an engaging, empathetic, and motivated individual withprevious experience supporting vulnerable individuals in a recruitment environment.

**Please Note, you will be required to undertake and pass a CRB check**

**The What**:

- Engaging with participants in the programme, assessing their support and development needs and working with them to co-produce an action plan into sustainable employment.
- Tailoring your approach and delivering a range of support to individuals with multiple and complex barriers to employment.
- Developing relationships with services within the community that will support participants in achieving their employability and wellbeing goals.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with employers in order to identify relevant vacancies for participants.
- Maintaining and updating relevant records and reports, as well as any other relevant administrative tasks.

- Experience of working effectively in co-operation and partnership with a range of external stakeholders.
- Ability to empathise constructively with people from diverse backgrounds & help them achieve goals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate and inspire.
- Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload effectively.
- Strong IT skills including experience with the Microsoft package.
