Recruitment Solutions are currently working with a leading Logistics company, based all around the globe - they really are market leaders Due to growth within the business we are looking for an "Claims Handler" to join a busy team.

**Primary Objectives**:

- Daily monitoring of claims and updating reports,
- Raising insurance claims for the business,
- Communicate with Customer to provide information towards their claim,
- Liaise with accounts team to provide details to progress claims payments,
- Communicate with internal and external departments

**Key Skills Required**:

- Confident using Microsoft packages (Word,Excel,Powerpoint)
- Good wrriten and spoken communication.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Can work to deadlines
- Can work well in a team or independently

**Working Days, Hours & Salary**:

- Monday - Friday
- 9:30 - 17:30 (some flexibility required)
- £22-26k per annum
