**Description**
- We have a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Apprentice to join our team at our Head Office in Oxfordshire. You will be working within the Accounts Payable team in our Finance Shared Service Centre, responsible for the processing of purchase invoices and employee expenses for the UK and other Group companies.
As a Finance Apprentice you will gain valuable experience learning on the job and we will develop your skills so that you can be given additional responsibilities as your apprenticeship progresses. You will complete the AAT qualification (up to 2 years) to ensure you to attain the relevant skills, knowledge and behaviours required to achieve your apprenticeship.

**Key Responsibilities**
- What might a typical day in the job look like?
- Processing all multi-currency and multi subsidiary invoices against corresponding POs raised.
- Processing all employee expenses in line with the internal T&E policy and approving or rejecting as necessary.
- Monthly reconciliation of multi-currency bank accounts, ensuring all AP transactions are posted correctly.
- Ensuring that all vendors account balances are accurate, reconciling any open credit notes or journals.

**Qualifications**
- 5 GCSE's Grades 9 - 4 (A*-C), including Maths and English or equivalent
Ideally Maths GCSE Grade 9 - 7 (A* - A)

**Person Specification**
- IT skills including Microsoft Excel
Ability to pay attention to detail
Takes initiative, acts with confidence and works under own direction
