**Main accountabilities include, but are not limited to the following**:
1. IT support services
- Support IT Officer in delivering effective IT training and induction programmes.
- Provide timely IT support to all users.
- Provide technological support and advise the solution for teaching team to deliver in-house lessons and off-side classes effectively.
- Coordinate IT related issues between users; report and discuss with IT Officer.
- Ensure that all IT support services are in compliance with the company's policy and standards.
- Provide support in preparing for (including computer & venue set up, procurement & testing of IT equipment, vendor services and monitoring of IT equipment) and user support during various events.
- Perform regular check of computer equipment in the teaching centre. Make sure laptops and associated equipment is present and in working order. Report all damages and losses.

2. Manage housekeeping of office IT equipment and provide effective user support
- Manage relevant IT and telephone system vendors and liaise with them directly to ensure office IT network, telephone systems and equipment are in efficient working condition.
- Check status of backup device daily.
- Assist IT Officer in overseeing that all Applications and hardware are being used appropriately by all users; report any inappropriate usage as necessary.
- Manage all IT mobile equipment as per corporate standards to ensure item safety and good working condition.
- Ensure that IT resources are effectively managed and used cost-effectively, while maintaining a high quality and safe IT working environment.
- Regularly and accurately manage IT maintenance records, files and service contracts; ensure that data maintenance meets service standards.

3. Support Office Administration and Management
- Manage office inventories for IT, office furniture & facilities to ensure all records are up-dated on a regular basis (New items and number need to be recorded and labelled within three days upon arrival of the equipment).
- Work with IT Officer to check and prepare detailed lists to conduct annual inventory check as per company schedule.
- Support the Team in office administration and management work in carrying out all internal and external duties.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Keighley: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
